Help the PDC provide quality STE(A)M education to area schools!
Did you know that 95% of our science education comes not from school, but from other activities such as parks and playgrounds, museums and art studios, planetariums and (of course) science centers!? Science and technology centers like the Paper Discovery Center are a vital part of the informal learning process.*
We invite you to help us deliver our mission, "Inspiring All Generations." The educators at the PDC strive to motivate learning with all of our young visitors. We focus on the science and art of paper making, the history and engineering of the Fox River lock system (right outside our windows), and the technology of paper recycling and forest management. We strive to help our visitors prepare for the future by delivering STE(A)M education in a unique and historic setting.
